Buyer agreement

By checking "Agree with Buyer agreement" during registration process you agree to the following terms and conditions.
(If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement, do not check "Agree with Buyer agreement" and break registration process. This agreement must be accepted as presented to you and without any modifications.)
Contracting parties
Buyer: You (hereinafter, "buyer" or "you")
Seller: ARGENIO s.r.o., limited liability company (hereinafter, "seller")
Subject of agreement
Subject of this agreement is your purchase and use of downloadable licensed digital content (hereinafter, "Content") available on Weapons3D.com website.
Introductory declarations
You certify that you are at least 18 years of age and you have read, understand and agree with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and the information in your registration form is current, complete and accurate.
Seller certifies that he is an author of content, or was authorized by an original author of content, and has all rights to sell content and grant usage rights to buyer in scope specified by this Agreement.
Seller certifies that he does not share any buyer`s personal information obtained during registration process without permission from the buyer, and he never will.
User account
After successful registration buyer obtains user account. Buyer alone is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality, and preserving the security, of his / her user account and for all activities that occur on or through his /her user account. Buyer must immediately notify seller of any unauthorized use of his / her account. Seller shall not be responsible for any activity or loss arising out of the unauthorized use of buyer`s user account.
Content
Content is delivered "as is". After purchasing seller will not perform any additional modifications to the Content nor adaptations for buyer needs.
Purchased content may require certain hardware, equipment, software or human abilities for proper usage. Buyer is responsible for obtaining any and all necessary hardware, equipment, software and human abilities.
Purchasing conditions
Completed purchase of Content means full payment for each Content file and its delivery to buyer in complete and undamaged state.
All sales are final and no refunds will be made after the purchase of Content is completed.
If technical problems prevent the delivery of Content or Content is delivered damaged or defective, seller has liability to allow buyer re-download such Content or replace damaged Content for undamaged, if none of that is possible seller refunds to buyer purchase price paid for that Content.
Prices and availability of any Content are subject to change at any time.
License
After completed purchase of Content, seller hereby grants to buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to single-use incorporation of the Content (modified or unmodified) as inseparable part of byuer`s digital product.
Using Content beyond the scope of authorized rights granted to buyer by seller immediately terminates the applicable license. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. There are no implied rights.
Limitation on Liability
Seller is not responsible for any damages caused by incorrect or unprofessional usage of Content.
In no event will seller be liable for any special,incidental, consequential or indirect damages (material or immaterial nature) arising out of or related to this agreement.
Termination by seller
Seller may terminate this Agreement and/or temporarily or permanently suspend buyer's user account at any time, with or without cause and without notice.
Miscellaneous
If any provision of this Agreement is invalid, illegal or unenforceable under any applicable statute or rule of law, such provision shall be deemed amended to achieve as nearly as possible the same economic effect as the original provision and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall in no way be affected or impaired.
Seller reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement at any time and shall notify buyer by posting an updated version of this Agreement. Buyer is responsible for regularly reviewing the Agreement.
